About Me

I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA by way of Brookhaven (née Unincorporated DeKalb County) and Peachtree Corners.

I earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and moved to Austin, TX soon after to pursue a career in web development.

While I was there, I worked for a software consulting company building line-of-business applications for media and entertainment companies and for an early-stage startup creating recruitment and hiring tools for financial services firms.

I moved to Seattle, WA in the summer of 2019 to join my soon-to-be-wife while she attended grad school. I worked for the pet services marketplace Rover until the pandemic hit and then did some months of freelance work.

My wife, dog, and I moved back to Atlanta in the spring of 2021 to be closer to our families. I most recently worked for Bestow, an online-first life insurance agency, until shortly after birth of our daughter.
